Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space plans for new locations.
- Produce detailed design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architecture, construction, and procurement partners.
- Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings and installations.
- Support custom furniture and product development initiatives.
- Develop styling concepts and integrate brand elements into physical spaces.
- Balance design excellence with project schedules and budget requirements.
- Analyze member experiences and incorporate insights into future designs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design excellence.
- Proficiency with CAD software; Vectorworks experience preferred.
- Experience producing construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Hospitality, coworking, retail, furniture design, rendering, or branding experience is a plus.
