We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in Hospitality or Multi-Residential projects to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile international projects, from the initial design and conceptualization phases to construction, while ensuring innovation and quality are maintained at every step. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for translating the Principal’s vision into actionable design plans, managing multiple projects, and mentoring Intermediate and Junior Designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and development of innovative, purpose-driven design concepts, ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and strategy.
- Enhance Studio Munge’s design processes, collaborating with internal teams and management to streamline workflows.
- Oversee and manage multiple complex projects at various stages, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently, assist with team growth, and forecast staffing needs.
- Facilitate the training, onboarding, and mentorship of Junior and Intermediate Designers, fostering their growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are managed and communicated clearly through engaging presentations and deliverables.
- Work closely with clients on project programming and feasibility, including assisting in drafting and obtaining approval for ASPs.
- Understand contracts and scope of deliverables, ensuring accurate billing and timely completion.
- Monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with team schedules and project timelines.

Qualifications:
- Legally entitled to work in the US
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-unit residential or large-scale hospitality projects.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Excellent time and resource management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Skilled in expressing design concepts in three dimensions through 3D modeling or freehand sketching.
- Knowledge of current global laws and regulations governing interior design practices.
- Strong understanding of FF&E, with the ability to collaborate with in-house specialists.
