- Develop and present design concepts directly to clients, incorporating their vision and project requirements.
- Create and manage FF&E selections, finishes, and detailing in alignment with project scope and brand standards.
- Manage a varied workload, from large, multi-year projects to multiple smaller interiors-focused assignments, balancing independent work and collaborative efforts.
- Oversee interior space planning, technical detailing, and drawing sets, ensuring full compliance with life safety, ADA, and other applicable codes.
- Work on projects ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale new construction, with approximately 60% renovation / 40% new build.
- Partner with a talented, cross-disciplinary team in an open office environment designed for creativity and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of professional experience in commercial interior design or interior architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects at various scales, from 3,000 sq. ft. tenant improvements to 50,000 sq. ft. multi-phase campuses.
- Strong understanding of design codes, permitting processes, and technical documentation.
- Comfortable working in both concept design and technical production phases.
- Background in either architecture firms or interiors-focused studios is welcome, as long as commercial expertise is central to your work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or healthcare projects, especially with complex code requirements.
- Professional licensure (LID, CIDQ, or similar).
