Senior Revit Architect (Full Time, Idaho)

Are you a versatile, highly communicative architect who thrives on keeping projects moving? Do you enjoy being the go-to support person in a close, day-to-day working relationship? We're looking for a Project Architect / Drafter to collaborate remotely, supporting U.S.-based commercial projects with a focus on standardized franchise and retail locations. This is a pure production and documentation role, ideal for a supportive generalist who excels at multitasking, technical delivery, and constant communication.

What you'll do:

  • Work in a tight 1:1, day-to-day partnership with Peggy, providing all-around production and documentation support.

  • Produce drawing sets for standardized franchise and retail locations (such as Starbucks or Burger King).

  • Develop Schematic Design (SD) sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations, in Revit.

  • Apply established franchise standards and prototypes to each new location, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Work with Point Cloud data to document existing conditions and support project development.

  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

  • Maintain constant daily touchpoints, keeping communication clear, proactive, and continuous.

  • Ensure seamless technical delivery and on-time completion of project milestones.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 5–6 years of experience in architectural production and documentation.

  • Strong background in U.S. commercial architecture projects.

  • Strong Revit proficiency.

  • Experience producing SD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with frequent daily check-ins.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Adaptability to a changing schedule and workload.

A great plus:

  • Construction experience.

  • Familiarity with Point Cloud data.

  • Previous experience with franchise, retail, or quick-service restaurant projects.

  • Comfort in a supportive, generalist role within a non-creative, production-focused workflow.
