Role Summary
The Urban Planner and Property Management role oversees day-to-day property operations while ensuring alignment with urban planning policies, land-use regulations, and long-term development goals. This role bridges urban planning, property management, and stakeholder coordination to support sustainable, compliant, and well-functioning urban assets.
Requirements
Education

Bachelorâs degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, Public Administration, or a related field

Masterâs degree in Urban Planning or Real Estate (preferred but not required)

Experience in property management, urban planning, real estate development, or municipal planning

Familiarity with zoning codes, land-use regulations, and permitting processes
