Role Summary

The Urban Planner and Property Management role oversees day-to-day property operations while ensuring alignment with urban planning policies, land-use regulations, and long-term development goals. This role bridges urban planning, property management, and stakeholder coordination to support sustainable, compliant, and well-functioning urban assets.



Requirements


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Real Estate (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in property management, urban planning, real estate development, or municipal planning
  • Familiarity with zoning codes, land-use regulations, and permitting processes
  • Property operations & asset management
  • Urban planning principles and land-use policy
  • Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Project coordination and scheduling
  • Stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
  • GIS or basic spatial analysis (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and document management systems
