KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, with a focus on bridge structures • Coordinate project progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges • Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and deliverables • Ensure compliance with project specifications and structural requirements • Enforce adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards KEY COMPETENCIES • Strong site coordination and supervision skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
