Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, controlling schedules and budgets, and delivering high-quality construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations across assigned project sites
Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications
Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance and site safety protocols)
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design and execution issues
Review construction schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries to site
Identify and mitigate construction risks and delays
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
7+ years of construction management experience (industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and large job sites
Preferred:
OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent safety training)
PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
Experience in energy, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects in Texas
Familiarity with Primavera, Procore, or similar construction management software
