Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a 6–10 month contract within a company specializing in large-scale steel structures, warehouses, and industrial builds. Start date 10 May 2026

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing construction of steel structures and warehouse projects
  • Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and project timelines
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Compiling and submitting weekly progress and site reports
  • Managing project schedules using MS Projects
  • Handling all project-related administration and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Proven experience managing steel construction / structural projects (warehouses, industrial buildings, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Projects
  • Excellent reporting and administrative skills
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Available to start mid-May

Package & Remuneration

R30 000 pm  negotiable
