Are you a Professionally Registered Construction Manager with extensive experience delivering major projects?
We are looking for an experienced Pr.CM Construction Manager with a proven track record managing commercial, industrial and other large-scale building projects.
Requirements:
▪️ 8+ years’ experience in Construction Management
▪️ Pr.CM registration with SACPCMP – essential
▪️ Relevant Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Building qualification – Essential
▪️ Proven experience managing commercial, industrial or large-scale building projects
▪️ Strong knowledge of construction planning, programme management, subcontractor management, quality and HSE
▪️ Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
▪️ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
▪️ Confident working with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
▪️ Strong commercial awareness and project delivery skills
▪️ Ability to take ownership of complex projects and drive successful delivery
