•Plan, manage, and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
•Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
•Coordinate construction work fronts, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
•Monitor construction progress and ensure project milestones and completion targets are achieved.
•Manage and supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction teams.
•Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
•Lead site coordination meetings, progress reviews, planning sessions, and toolbox talks.
•Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and installation activities across the project.
•Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
•Support inspections, quality control processes, punch list management, and defect rectification activities.
•Prepare and review progress reports, construction schedules, and project documentation.
•Identify and address construction risks, delays, resource constraints, and site coordination challenges.
•Support project completion, commissioning readiness, handover activities, and project close-out requirements.
