Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience working for a reputable construction company
- Education: Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Proven experience working on residential, retail and industrial buildings
- Skilled in concrete flooring, concrete foundations, building and steel structure erection
- Registration with SACPCMP
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to maintain alignment
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently
